Canteen

A roster is drawn up for canteen duty at the beginning of each year. Each family is expected to take their turn in the canteen at club events. Duties include providing home bake, providing morning tea and lunches for the Judges on event days. The secretary stocks the canteen prior to each event.

Working Bees

Working bees are generally to set up for upcoming events, or are organised by the committee to improve the club grounds. Dates will be advised in the Newsletters and it is expected that all attend (Each family is expected to attend four working bees per year). If you can't attend your working bees then your grounds levy will not be refunded at the end of the year. Working bees must be attended for at least two hours during advertised times to count as one of the four working bees.
