The Queensland Government’s Gambling Community Benefit Fund provided $30,000 to the Northern Suburbs Pony Club Inc. for the development of a 60 meter x 20 meter sand dressage, training and competition arena. Construction is due to start early March 2008.

Round 3 of the Community Water Grants has been decided and the Pony Club was successful in receiving funds from the Australian Government Water Fund. This grant will be used to install a second water tank and an automatic watering system for the holding yards and paddocks.

The Pony Club was successful in receiving the Volunteer Small Equipment Grant 2007 from the Department of Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia. This grant was used to purchase equipment for the canteen; and to help keep the grounds tidy.
